Are your products made of real leather?

Yes! All of our products are made of 100% genuine steerhide or cowhide leather.

How long should my belt last?

Leather is meant to withstand the forces of nature! Your belt should last a very long time. We have been wearing the same belts for over 25 years. Although your belt may shift in size and shape through normal use, it should never tear, shear, or peel.

What is the best way to clean and maintain leather?

It is hard to recommend a best way, but here is what we do. Carefully wipe down the leather with a slightly damp cloth and let it stand until moisture has evaporated. This will remove the dust and dirt that has collected over time. Next, take another dry cloth and apply on leather conditioner, such as neatsfoot oil or saddle soap. Gently rub the conditioner into the leather and let it sit until the conditioner has settled in. You may use another dry cloth to buff the leather. 

Why does my belt have "Double Cross" stamped on the underside?

We were not always EDNA! Double Cross was the name of our company before we became EDNA. To learn more about our history, check out our story

Do I buy a size 32 or 34 belt if I wear size 33 pants?

Please read through our sizing guide to understand which size to choose. 

I want to buy a size 28! But you don't have an option for it. What do I do?

We've always found sizing to be the most frustrating process when purchasing standardized products. In order to better satisfy customer needs, we decided to offer the option to customize your belt to your exact size—that way it really is a belt made just for you. Do you only sell belts?

I made a mistake in my order! Can I make any changes to it?

If you need to change your order or shipping information after placing an order, please email us immediately at edward@ednashop.com with your order number so we can update your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any changes to your order.
